Can we bring our dog?
Your four-legged friend is more than welcome in our B&B. Even during breakfast at Hotel Rubens you can bring your dog. There are often several dogs staying at the same time, therefore we ask you to keep the dog on a leash at all times in the common areas.
We charge a surcharge of €15 per night per dog. Please add the dog(s) to the reservation when booking your stay.
Where and when will the breakfast take place?
Breakfast takes place daily at the Hotel Rubens between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Are there facilities for my baby?
If you notify us, we will provide a baby crib and bedding in the room (supplement €15/night). You can use a raised dining chair during breakfast and throughout the day. A microwave is available on the ground floor to warm up baby food.
Our family has 3 persons. Can we put an extra bed in the room?
There is one family room that can accommodate 4 people. If it is not available on your arrival date, a single bed can be added.
Please note that the space in the room is limited in this case.
We charge a supplement of €20/night for a child (under 18 years) and €30/night for an adult to add a bed.
Can I have a breakfast adapted to my allergies?
Yes, that is perfectly possible. Please indicate your allergies in advance when making your reservation.
Can we have our breakfast on the terrace?
Yes, weather permitting, you can have breakfast on the terrace of Hotel Rubens.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 5 rooms and 1 apartment spread over 3 floors.
Doyou have a lift?
No, there is no lift in the building. If you are unable to climb stairs for medical reasons, please let us know when you make your reservation.
I saw that there is a swimming pool, can we use it?
Yes. The swimming pool of Hotel Rubens is at 200m walking distance from the B&B. All guests staying at Villa Verde can use it for free.
Do you have a private car park?
No, unfortunately we do not have a private car park. You can park for free in the street or side streets.
Can we store and/or charge our bicycles?
Yes, that is no problem. Your bicycle can be parked in our garage free of charge. Electric bicycles can also be charged here.
I want to cancel my reservation. Is this free of charge?
Our standard cancellation policy can be consulted here. While booking via our website, you can choose the option "free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival" for an additional charge of 10%.
