Cancellation conditions

Below are the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages stated must be paid by you.

Conditions

• The first night cannot be cancelled free of charge.

• The remaining nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival

• If payment was made using a direct payment method and the cancellation was made more than 14 days in advance, we will refund the total amount, excluding the amount of the first night.
