Cancellation conditions

Below are the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages stated must be paid by you.

Conditions

• De eerste nacht wordt sowieso aangerekend, de andere nachten kan u gratis annuleren of wijzigen tot 14 dagen voor aankomst met respect voor de minimum duur van verblijf op het moment van de aanpassing, daarna wordt het het totale verblijf aangerekend.

  Indien u tijdens het reserveren kiest voor de optie "gratis annulatie" kan u tot 24 uur voor aankomst het verblijf gratis annuleren.

  No-show of verkorting van het verblijf resulteren in het aanrekenen van het totale verblijf.

• If payment was made using a direct payment method and the cancellation was made more than 14 days in advance, we will refund the total amount, excluding the amount of the first night.
